You will be in charge of growing and engaging audiences across all digital platforms, always on the lookout for new and creative ways to build a closer connection with our fans and new ones, and strengthen our brands., in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience. Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the brand. Escalate User Generated Content, where appropriate, to internal and client stakeholders. You are the voice and lead creator of information dispersed on all social networks and digital assets for some of our clients dbrands, delivering fresh, unique and creative social media content for all platforms.
1. Writing skills – a background in communication, journalism or strong experience with writing.
2. At least 2.5 years managing Social media channels and communities
3. Strong conceptual thinking
4. Passionate about storytelling
5. Experience establishing metrics, gleaning community insights and reporting/recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals
6. Understanding of popular social networks and digital ecosystems – design, functionality, users.
7 Understands how to create content that want to share, discuss and contribute to.
8. Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and content that reflects the holistic understanding and implementation of the role of social media and its effects.
9. We believe in content as the core of conversations. So this person should have demonstrated ability to work with the team and the client on developing on-brand messaging that best represents their voice and tone online and incentivizing user-generated content creation and sharing
10. Proven ability to lead creation of copy for a variety of types of content, audiences, brands and industries
