Hiring in Baranquilla BILINGUAL English – Spanish HR Manager.
Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity, develops and implements programs to align the workforce and key business initiatives through effective communication strategies.

Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Responsible for ensuring that corporate HR policy and procedures are implemented and in practice within location.
Recommends changes or updates to existing HR policy and procedure where applicable.
Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations or technologies.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relation’s issues.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Coordinates and conducts management training in interviewing and hiring, discipline and documentation, performance management, separation guidelines, safety, and sexual harassment and discrimination.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
Analyze trends in turnover, hiring, promotions and separations, partners with operational leaders to determine and execute actions needed to adjust unfavorable trends.
Investigates workplace accidents and prepares internal reports.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Represents organization at human resource related hearings and investigations.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
