Monitor and drive the processes related to product lifecycle: New Products, Source Transfers and Artworks Changes, in order to guarantee seamless transition and supply continuity.
• Establish and drive standard process to create and maintain the Market Item Codes and their Planning Master Data to ensure a reliable planning process that allows to achieve the expected service level in the market
• Develop metrics, reports and materials related to demand planning, supply assurance, inventory management processes for markets and regional meetings.
• Drive analysis and insight to govern statistical forecast process in markets
• Drive assigned improvement initiatives, working with various stakeholders as required
Proactively maintain and update PCM tracking tool for LATAM
• Coordinate and track completion of activities with various stakeholders
• Identify activities at risk and escalate as required
• Shared responsibility with Enabling Team Lead to identify ways to expedite PCM projects as needed
1.2 Master data
• Create and Maintain Market Item Codes and their APO Planning Master Data.
• Track and oversee creation and maintenance of ECC Master Data
• Monitor market data integrity in SC planning and reporting systems; initiate correction with various stakeholders when needed
• Drive and track execution of Master Data activities
• Shared responsibility with Enabling Team Lead to identify ways to expedite master data activities
1.3 Metrics and Analytics
• Develop tools, reports and analytics on statistical forecast governance
• Track market adherence and deviations on statistical forecasting process
• Recommend and implement data analytics processes and tools in support to goals and objectives
• Shared accountability with Enabling Team Lead to:
o Ensure market adoption of recommendations and adherence to standard process
o Recommend ways to improve analytics
o Answer questions related to developed reports and analysis
1.4 Improvement initiative
Relevant experience required in Supply and Logistics management systems, ideally in pharmaceutical industry or other industries where it is required to align customer requirements with sales, marketing and finance:
o 5 + years of relevant experience
Key capabilities
• Ability to build deep expertise in systems, data and processes
• Expertise in leveraging systems and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills – ability to accurately and efficiently develop reports, identify patterns and trends in data and generate insights from multiple data sources
• Ability to effectively manage projects – timelines, stakeholders and risks
• Ability to manage, track and drive resolution of complex issues as well as improvement initiatives in parallel
• Very strong oral and written communication, presentation, data analysis and PC skills are required to meet stakeholder needs for information and in order to resolve issues
• Ability to work in a complex international matrix organization and within a multi – cultural environment
• Strong team work orientation required and sophisticated ability to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and across geographies
