Manage a team of regional supply planners to ensure successful performance of the supply and delivery chain. Drive improvement initiatives related to supply & inventory management to support achievement of commercial goals for the region and markets in scope. Additionally, establish and oversees administration of LATAM AMP Hub, serving as point of contact for Regional SC and required management forums.
• Guide and coach assigned Regional supply planner team to fulfill their accountabilities
• Aggregate market view across Supply Planners to serve as point of contact for Market Leaders for assigned set of markets in the region.
• Shared accountability with Regional Supply chain leads as point of contact for various stakeholders including Regional Commercial and Market GSCPM
• Work with different stakeholders (markets, plants, supply planners, enabling team, network supply) to continually drive improvements in supply chain processes, establish/meet performance objectives and operational changes
• Establish LATAM AMP Hub, manage administration of AMP Hub and serve as point of contact in required management forums
1 Guide and coach assigned Regional supply planner team to fulfill their accountabilities
• Ultimately accountable for performance of team of supply planners and their assigned products and markets along all their responsibilities:
o Supply assurance – monitor and track supply outlook, resolve supply issues
o Inventory management and deployment
o Product lifecycle change management
o Point of contact for Sites and Brand Supply Leads
o Improvement initiatives
• Drive standard usage of tools and processes within supply planner teams (in partnership with Enabling Team)
• Drive resolution of escalated or market-wide supply issues (assigned markets)

Key qualifications:
• 7+ years of relevant experience required in Supply and logistics management, ideally in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industry
• 3+ years of management experience, leading regional or local teams and processes

Technical skills required:
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry commercial dynamics, trends and regulatory processes
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and end to end global product flows
• Understanding of Sales/Commercial/Marketing functional areas
• Continuous improvement: Leadership of cost, operations and business improvement projects for Logistics & Supply processes
• ERP/System implementations
• Implementation of New business/distribution models
• Local Logistics market knowledge (LSPs, transport)
• Exposure to business finance
