Descripción general

- Process payment requests and set-offs.
- Control of pending balances on prepayments and cash advances.
- Coordinate and follow up with business departments about pending supporting documents with the corresponding approvals so Finance Department can process and pay on time.
- Follow up customers to get collections in time.
- Make weekly reports and aging control.
- Accounts Reconciliations with customer.

Requisitos para aplicar

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
- License degree in Accounting or Finance. (plus).
- CPI or CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 2- 3 years in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable.
- Familiar with ERP systems, Oracle is a plus.
- Good command in both written and oral English (85% at least).
