Accounts payable experienced associate

The Equifax Shared Services organization is looking for an Accounts Payable experienced Associate. In this role, the person will prepare records, matching, verifying, data entry, processing, reporting, reconciling and filing of the company's business transactions.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Perform verification and payment of invoices and expense vouchers, coding of expenses and receipts, reconciliation of outstanding account balances, posting journal entries, and the maintenance of accurate records
• Review payable invoices for accuracy and perform Quality Control
• Assist with data entry invoices as required
• Upload entry of invoices
• Update AP tracking spreadsheets
• Prepare Journal entries
• Perform invoice to statement reconciliations

Qualifications:
• Intermediate Excel skills-light formulas, vlookups, etc.
• English fluency required
• Work in a shared services environment serving multiple countries / regions is preferable
• Good written and oral communication

• Experience with Oracle, Concur and MS products is a plus

Education and Experience:
• At least 1-2 years of accounting /AP experience.
