Descripción:Summary/Objective Manage U.S. Benefit plans, including but not limited to self-funded high deductible medical and dental plans, vision, life, disability, wellness initiatives and FSA/ health spending arrangements. Maintain vendor relationships and work closely with benefits consultants to ensure optimal service. Manage the 401(k) and defined benefit retirement plans, including but not limited to payroll reconciliations, annual testing, audits and compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. Ensure compliance with all federal and local regulations, including 5500 and communication requirements. Provide guidance and proactively recommend actions for newly proposed and approved mandates. Execute the Annual Enrollment process for all health and welfare benefits. Establish and monitor budgets. Prepare various benefit and claim reports to provide leaders with understanding of benefit costs and trends.
Requisitos para aplicar:Requirements: BS/BA required, with 5+ years of benefits management experience with design, management of 401(k) and defined benefit retirement plans, health and welfare programs and third-party vendor management. Advanced level MS Office skills are required Experience with collective bargaining agreements. Expert knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, worker's compensation and various state leave laws Strong HRIS acumen; ADP payroll experience preferred. Must have effective decision-making/critical thinking skills and be creative and results-oriented. Customer focus: Ability to collaborate, consult and partner with HR and business leaders, act with a sense of urgency and produce results. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow-up and problem resolution. Demonstrated ability to support concurrent work assignments, with capability to balance and prioritize critical actions and handle sensitive, confidential matters. Advanced level MS Office skills and English are required
