Descripción general

Responsible for creating and defining the business processes within a specific group or function. Creates requirements, designs and develops application and technology, as well as end to end testing. Develops strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers. Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information. Perform testing and quality checks to ensure business and data quality requirements.

In this position, you will be part of the Advanced Data Reporting and Architecture organization of the HR Business Transformation Services and will be responsible for advanced data analysis, design and development of dashboards, scorecards; indicators tracking, create and process documentation and customer support; as well as design, develop, and implement the new Business Intelligence infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Supporting the Global Learning and Leadership tools, such as My Learning, Saba and BOBJ.
- Design, develop and implement the new Business Intelligence Infrastructure from grown up for the future advanced data analytics capability.
- Be able to identify and create innovative solutions to automate current processes.
- Process data and convert them into value add and decision making information.
- Working under schedule and meeting the deadlines to ensure the quality of the service provided program owners.
- Support several Program Office data analysis demand under pressure and quick turnaround.
- Providing solutions to immediate issues and creating or enhancing the existing processes.
- Learn different technologies to support our data reporting platforms and advanced queries to satisfy organizational requirements to make data driven decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor degree or currently be pursuing a degree related to System Engineering or Business Intelligence with at least 5 years of proven experience in the field.
- SAP BOBJ knowledgeable.
- Basic Big Data knowledge.
- Data and Text Mining knowledge.
- Statistical tool knowledge: R, JMP.

- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written) with ability to express ideas clearly and simply.

- Advanced MS SQL knowledge.
- Basic Lean & Six Sigma, and BPM knowledge.
- Data visualization tool knowledge such as BOBJ, Tableau, Power Pivots, etc.
- Advanced knowledge on Business Intelligence technologies.
