As an Engineer, you will be taking ownership of customer reported network issues and technical inquiries in order to provide assistance to quickly restore service and provide problem resolution, and you will also be responsible for effectively communicating current status and action plans, documenting case updates in the service request database, reproducing customer reported issues in a lab environment, and working with other Engineers to confirm new and existing defects.

Requisitos para aplicar

Minimum requirements:
• 85% English level or equivalent “B2”
• 85% Portuguese is a plus
• CCNA 4 Module Certification
• High School Diploma is a must
• 18+ years old
• Customer service experience is a plus
• For foreigners only, Residence’s permit (Cédula de Libre Condición)
• Excellent customer service skills.

Technical Expertise:
• Experience working in advance networking is strongly desired and a plus.
• In depth knowledge of Network Fundamentals and Troubleshooting
• Technical expertise in resolving Layer 2/3 IP issues.
• Ability to multitask during high pressured situations.
• Ability to communicate, both in writing and orally, in a business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and work to an identified set of priorities.
• Demonstrated operational discipline and thoroughness in most/all aspects of his/her work – e.g., status reporting, documentation, following process and procedure.
• BS/MS in a computer related field or equivalent work experience (It is a plus).
