Customer Service Representatives for Chat Account Job Description: The representative excels at delivering a world-class customer service to customers via chat. Responsibilities: ·Addresses any inquiry the customer has in regards to the service or product. ·Meets and exceeds customer's expectations by providing accurate and sufficient information. ·Team Player, takes ownership of the issue and provides a solution. ·Manages cases with a sense of urgency and relevance. ·Receives and implements coaching in order to continuously improve skills. ·Follows instructions and directions from Team Leader in order to execute their daily responsibilities. Qualifications: Team Player,Multitasking skills, Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Verbal and Written 85%), Well organized, Time management skills, Interpersonal skills,Being clear, patient and customer service oriented,Knowledgeable and good at providing instructions,Schedule flexibility.
