Claim manager (portuguese and english)

Descripción general

LAR Partner Program claims management including validation to ensure compliance and eligibility for proper payment within defined SLA (service level agreement).
Collaborate with Program Manager, Program Lead, and key program stakeholders.
Compiles work and presents final deliverables to share to our stakeholders the claims payment information.
Approve deals related to compensation program within 10BD and ensure the partners payment.
Provide feedback and accurate information to our internal/external partners, to provide answer to the partners inquires within 1BD (generic mailbox).
Inform the finance team about the accruals to be contemplate on the next period (TAT 5BD).
Produces analyses and reports using business applications.
Contributes to continuous process refinement and improvement.
Evaluates a variety of common business issues and recommends course of action.

Requisitos para aplicar

First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically 2 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Advanced level of English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Developed knowledge and skills in Excel (Intermediate level)
Ability to work as proactive member of a team, as well as independently.
Developing understanding of internal business processes and policies.
Developing business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts.
