Communicates compensation plan and program information across divisions by developing, reviewing, and validating plan and program documents (for example, incentive tracker, pay plans, incentive eligibility and metrics); educating Human Resources (HR) Generalists and managers on compensation programs and policy utilizing various media; and developing and presenting training related to compensation initiatives.
Manages division or total company initiatives of compensation programs by estimating resource requirements; leveraging cross-functional teams; coordinating planning across multiple internal and external functions and business units; identifying and mitigating potential compliance issues; investigating and adopting internal and external best practices; and creating and delivering status reports to senior leadership.
Analyzes, reviews, and proposes a variety of compensation programs to senior leadership by researching and analyzing industry and legislative trends, best practices, and current plan usage; benchmarking labor segments and competitors; assisting in the review of compensation programs and practices; collaborating with cross-functional areas; and collaborating with business partners to ensure alignment of business objectives and performance management and compensation programs.
Assists senior leadership in developing government and public affairs strategies by analyzing and understanding pending and proposed legislation related to benefits; advising senior leadership of the impact legislation will have on both the company and associates; managing specific deliverables and reports associated with benefits-related legislative activities; and producing reports for divisional and corporate leadership.
Communicates benefits information corporate-wide by developing, reviewing, and validating plan correspondence; making public presentations; developing and presenting a corporate-wide training delivery plan; and educating trainers in Human R
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineer or related field and/or 5 years experience in compensation and benefits management, benefits administration, healthcare regulatory compliance, or related field. / Advanced english level.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in labor relations, law, or related field.
2 years experience with advance functionality of Excel, People Soft, Outlook.
2 years of supervisory experience.
2 year experience in a global corporation.
