Credit supervisor (bilingual)

Descripción general

Bridgestone Shared Service, requires Credit Supervisor position. Responsible for managing all aspects of Credit through the establishment. Manage all the process related to credit and collection area, following the policies and procedures for each business unit, with the main objective of guarantee the accomplishment of the KPI´s y SLA´s.

Requisitos para aplicar

-Extensive knowledge of the credit and collections process and documentation involved. Advance English Level. Demonstrated ability to metrics of productivity: Transactions per Hour, Average Labor Cost per Transaction, Workforce Utilization. Demonstrated KPI Management experience. Six sigma certification, particularly green belt. Bachelor Accounting/Finance/Management and Industrial engineering. Minimum of 3 years credit and collections experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a staff
