Job Description:
The Customer Order Processing Analyst is an SCM consultant assigned to an outsourced project for our global Fortune 50 client in the consumer packaged goods industry. The position's primary function is to process orders/returns according to service levels required for on-time shipment and delivery. Duties include, but are not limited to:
•Enter, modify, review and process sales orders/returns from global customers.
•Ensure that production and distribution schedules are synchronized.
•Act as the primary day-to-day business liaison between the customer and internal stakeholders.
•Complete order/return processing timely and accurately.
•Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a part of an order management team, processing a variety of products preferred.
• Experience executing daily tasks associated with sales orders/returns from customers preferred.
• Experience working with SAP or similar order management systems preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Windows, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience working in teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to demonstrate good problem solving skills.
• Basic understanding of order management preferred.
• All employees hired for the Customer Order Processing Analyst role must attend mandatory SAP training and pass the required exam.
