The call entry specialist is primarily responsible for working with customers to retrieve information accurately with the end objective to place a service call.
This role acts as a first responder to both phone and email systems. Above all else, these are the main objectives of the call entry specialist.
Status Updates of service calls or supplies. This can include calling a technician, logistics, and managers to identify an ETA for a toner shipment or a service call.
Field and route all calls from the main HP reception line.This can range from calls for customer to purchase printers, to executives trying to connect with local workers. Any and all type of calls are sent through this phone system.
Miscellaneous Projects:
Anything from applying stamps to formal marketing documentation to mailing out stickers for Manage Print Services entitlement.

Requisitos para aplicar

Requirements:
Schedule flexibility Monday through Friday (9am-6pm schedules).
90% or above English Level
Computer literate in Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
High School Degree
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Detail oriented
Pro activeness and excellent attitude
