As a Legal Counsel you will provide advice on a wide array of commercial legal issues such as corporate, free trade zones, labor, compliance with laws and regulations and high standards of corporate governance. Also, you will liaise and built strong and strategic relationships with third parties and key stakeholders in order to assure compliance and manages company's exposure to liabilities and damages.
As the holder of this position you’ll need to be a strong self-starter, be willing to take responsibility and enjoy getting things done in a pressured environment. You will lead and execute legal and cross functional projects, acting as business partner and ensuring the execution and proper advise on how the company can mitigate the risk of legal liabilities and advise the interpretation of relevant legislation as the need arises.

You will be responsible to monitor the impact new legislation may have on the company and communicate the impact effectively to the relevant business units.
We are looking for an energetic and positive team-player with a proactive, persuasive and creative attitude, willing to challenge exiting ideas. If you are a professional in Law with a strong knowledge in contract law, labor, property and commercial law as well as taxation and litigation this position is for you.
The position also requires a fluent level of the English language and minimum 5-10 years of experience in corporate and commercial Legal Matters.
