Provide technical assistance to standard account customers on routine, highest priority questions and issues. Easily handle network down situations
Be ready to attend customer’s calls on a queue. Perform basic troubleshooting as required to resolve customer’s network issues
Accept electronic cases for all account customers. Perform basic troubleshooting as required to resolve customer’s network issues
Lab development for solve customer issues
Self-development on account certifications
Case ownership and Backlog Control.
Provide timely and informative case updates to customers both verbally and electronically.
Update and document relevant case fields during the lifecycle of the case.
Full customer case technical documentation.
Escalate to TSE-III or higher when technical limits have been reached in case.

Requisitos para aplicar

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working in the networking space.
• In depth knowledge of Network Fundamentals and Troubleshooting
• In depth Troubleshooting Skills on OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, L3VPN – L2VPN
• Technical expertise in resolving Layer 2/3 IP issues is a must.
• 90% of verbal and written communication skills in English
