Descripción general

The Offline Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring proper due diligence reviews are made by performing complex duties with high level technical/business knowledge related to our organization Compliance programs. He or she will manage cases where further investigation is needed using vendor input and online search tools. Main function is to perform case analysis and review, including investigations by identifying alerted individuals or entities, comparison to publicly available information and background screenings, and alignment with compliance and government regulations. Objectives: • Analyze cases to identify consumer fraud, AML typologies, suspicious patterns, alignment to regulatory requirements or internal our organization policies • Multilingual communication skills to manage and assist stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex environment • Deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets • Perform due diligence reviews to validate that submissions follows internal guidelines • Accurate documentation and record keeping within multiple systems to ensure end to end visibility and case decision making across the compliance programs • Continuous learning of a rapidly changing regulatory / operations environment and application of industry’s best practices. • Complying with rigid schedule adherence requirements to deliver ongoing support 365 days a year • Understand and perform in alignment with our organization’s Behaviors and Key Priorities.

Requisitos para aplicar

Skills/Requirements: • Strong knowledge of English • Third language (in addition to Spanish and English) is a strong advantage • Outstanding oral, written, and listening skills to communicate effectively at all levels • Detail-oriented • Strong analytical skills and decision making ability • Demonstrated in-depth internet research skills including knowledge of internet research tools • Proven record of working cohesively with team members • Ability to work independently or under low Supervision when necessary • Ability to work under pressure • Able to focus in achieving operational metrics on daily and monthly basis • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Experience in financial services a plus • Experience in compliance a plus • Ability to work in various shifts, according to business needs
