-Verify/validate the customer information to engage in formal communication to get payment promises.
-Request payment application when payments are received.
-Send the internal partner notification and request the credit hold for the account.
-Request suspension of the contract if no response if received.
-Finalize the bad debt process.
Advanced level of Portuguese.
