The TRMS team safeguards the order pipelines; monitoring, tracking, detecting and managing risk and/or fraudulent activity to ensure long-term merchant satisfaction.

We are looking for dedicated, high-judgment, analytical and results-oriented individuals to join us as Merchant Risk Investigators to evaluate Amazon's global marketplace seller accounts. The position relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish service level agreements, targets and metrics. Nearly all decisions are expected to be made independently with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy.

• High school diploma
• Advanced English and intermediate Portuguese Skills
• Excellent written business skills and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate responses
• Have a knack for investigative work
• Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Schedule flexibility to work at least one day of the weekend
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly to both internal and external customers
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance
• Ability to retrieve data and perform complex analysis to reach data driven decisions
• Self-disciplined, diligent, ownership and detail oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards
• Passion for learning and keeping up with risk trends in the ecommerce market
• Superb time management skills and ability to work under pressure
