The Tri-lingual Service Desk Representative supports client end users within the scope of services for the Service Desk operation, including but not limited to the tasks below:
· Perform and guide on password reset issues or tool access
· Support for remote access services, including installation, account creation, configuration, and testing.
· Effectively complete all ticketing actions from accurate ticket documentation to status and ticket management.
· Perform 1st level technical diagnoses, remedies and standard fixes, including basic connectivity troubleshooting of WAN, LAN and telephony issues
· “Remote control” capabilities to assist in incident management for In-Scope Hardware and In-Scope Applications.
· Assess the probable cause of a hardware fault and effectively document the ticket.
· Coordinate and manage customer resources for repair activity · Where appropriate, gain acceptance from the End-User that resolution actions have been satisfactorily completed, hence taking the status actions in the ticket.
- High School Diploma or 2 years of proven experience as Customer Service or Tech Support Representative
- English level proficiency of B2 (from CEFR) and Portuguese B2 (intermediate level)
- Knowledge of various software and applications (minimum: Windows™ environment and Microsoft® Office package)
- Interpersonal skills crucial for working in a customer service center such as: excellent communication skills, readiness to work flexible hours, customer orientation, teamwork, sense of urgency, optimism and enthusiasm
