The Recruiter works with a team of recruiters, sourcers and recruiting coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as client lead for supported operations.

Recruiters at Amazon foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce consistency with recruiting policies and procedures.
• Manage and track all the external postings for high volume leadership hiring positions.
• Participates in recruiting events, such as job fairs and other candidate engagement events.
• Actively builds relationships with potential candidates for the high volume leadership hiring roles.
• Conducts objective candidate assessment through Amazon interview methods and policies.
• Commits to the continuous process improvement by escalating recurrent issues, or operational trends.
• Detects and addresses gaps in the interview competence with potential candidates, to enhance their interview experience at Amazon.
• Conducts effective bar raising debriefs, by asking the right questions & promoting in depth discussions.
• Ensures the quality of the process documentation for all the recruiting steps.
• Creates complaint, well-supported, documented offers to customers.

Requisitos para aplicar

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience for executive positions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Record of productive working relationships with recruitment stakeholders.
• Strong behavioral/competencies based candidate assessment experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
• Proven process improvement methodologies application.
• Demonstrated commitment to the recruitment best practices and exceptional candidate experience creation.
• 95% / C1 English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidate sourcing experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
• Track record of flexibility and creativity in recruiting efforts & strategies
• Strong internal and external customer service focus
• Master’s degree in industrial psychology, engineering, business administration, other related fields
• Intermediate/Advance Excel Skills
• Previous experience in research methodology planning and execution
