Service Delivery Manager should overall responsible for the services provided to the Client under the Service management Scope, which may include Incident, problem, Change, Recovery, Project management, Delivery analyst and Process Management.

Incident Management
• Lead Recovery - Audit Recovery process
• Incident Hands off and Escalation management
• Lead DTE, Chief Architect Callouts
• Manage Client/Exec Communication, Misroutes – Process attainment
• Responsible for the PIR’s/RCA process, and process attainment
• Regular review of SLAs and reports
• Discuss incident trends with client. Develop improvement plans
• Ensure Change Management Process Attainment
• Review high and Critical changes (Mandatory Approver)
• Deployment Readiness Review for Critical Changes on TAB
• Attend CAB meetings
• Define process for Normal to Standard Changes
• Represent our company on Change Management meetings with Customer
Change Management
• Ensure Change Management Process Attainment
• Review high and Critical changes (Mandatory Approver)
• Deployment Readiness Review for Critical Changes on TAB
• Attend CAB meetings
• Define process for Normal to Standard Changes

Problem management:
• Own end-to-end RCA Management process on behalf of our company
• Consulted on RCA Reviews
• Oversight RCA Action Closure

• Recommend areas for proactive problem management and action closures
