The Sales Order Administration agent will provide high quality order processing experience to all Ingram Micro customers on a daily basis, achieving the SLAs on productivity and quality.
Their process starts from the moment the customer’s purchase order is received, until the SOA agents validates with the warehouse that the order has been shipped. To do that, the SOA agent will use Impulse, IMTellitrack, Champsite, Sales Tools, Webcalc, Credit increase, Export compliance tool, SCC communication, COG Request Application, Email, Phone, internet, among other tools needed to process an order.
Typical order processing scenarios are related to customer needs regarding licensing, volume, networking, advance solutions, and general inquires regarding technical products.
• This group supports the sales rep. team by processing the customer’s Sales Order.
• This group supports the Marketing Developers Specialists teams by processing the customer’s Sales Orders when applicable.
• Validate sales order details
• Place order in System
• Request if necessary: Special Price Support, Inventory Purchasing, ETA, Credit Issues to be solved, SKU creation, Margin Approval (Negative or zero margin), Inform Delivery Details
• High school degree.
• 100% English skills required, Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven order entry or similar experience or knowledge
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office software.
• Adaptability to change.
• Strong email/phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with Order Entry systems (SAP, RUMBA, SALES FORCE, etc.) is desired.
