Manages assigned sales territories and day-to-day activities of sales team to meet and exceed all established goals. Sets and tracks team members' goals. Assists management in creating business plans to uncover new opportunities, and increase sales and profits in the territories. Performs inbound and outbound sales calls in order to quote prices, provide product information and build relationships with customers.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.
Able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
Able to coach others in the development of their skills.
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
Able to exhibit a strong level of vigor, intensity, competitiveness, and endurance. Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results. Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive. Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements: High school diploma/GED plus the established minimum requirements for the position. 2-3 years supervisory experience. Experience in the Sales or IT industry is a plus. Language: 100% proficiency in English Working Conditions: Professional, office environment. Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
