Senior financial analyst, controlling

Big Company located in Heredia, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst Controlling, in collaboration with the Global Shared Services team this person will participate in the financial controlling activities for Shared Services.

Responsabilities:

- Plan, execute and report on the hard close process
- Identify and monitor financial risk and opportunities
- Plan, test and report on the control environment
- Prepare Governance for the business units
- Implement monthly account reconciliation review process and governance
- Review, update and implement relevant accounting policies or other process improvements.
- Monitor the progress of internal controls ( OSC & CASRA) improvement plans.

Requisitos para aplicar

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Incorporated to professional accountant designation (CPA)
- Excellent technical and analytical skills and tha ability to synthesize information.
- Inprovement and development of business processes.
- Innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, leadership
- Strong ability to communicate and build and maintain partnership with peers, partners and customers.
- Advance English.
