High volume recruiter with preferably financial industry experience, that will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment for the Call Center business unit, including, but not limited to: positing positions (on various job boards), phone screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and presenting offers for all operational positions. The ideal candidate should be a team player with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast-paced environment, with 1+ years of experience in a recruiting environment. The successful candidate must have the ability to partner with hiring managers to build and maintain relationships, while sourcing the best candidate for the position and the company. Experience, Education & Responsibilities:
• 1 plus years of recruiting (corporate/ agency) experience
• 1 year of corporate recruiting experience
• Prior experience recruiting high volume call center professionals highly preferred
• Source qualified candidates.
• Consult with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Develop, maintain and update a network of contacts to help identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
• Review and interview applicants.
• Recommend and negotiate employment offers.
• Track candidate activity and provide recruiting status reports.
• Collections industry experience preferred
• Financial experience is preferred but not required
• Previous experience utilizing an ATS (application tracking system) is a plus, preferably Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Oracle or PeopleSoft
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual: English / Spanish
• Organized, detail oriented, ability to work independently and with a team
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
