Marketing Support Specialist contributes directly to connect every small and medium -sized business by helping them grow through advertising solutions. Our primary purpose is to help advertisers reach their customers on two large mobile platforms by providing targeted recommendations through combination of an account manager and scaled email marketing. We focus on growth of spending advertisers, not newbie acquisition. We look to bring advertisers into healthy practices through relevant product adoption, optimizing spend and removing bottlenecks, ultimately achieving revenue growth. Everything that goes into ensuring all our advertisers receive high quality consultative support in a way that is scalable and sustainable.

Requisitos para aplicar

• Completed High School Diploma is required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Spanish, yet English 75% is requiered and a must
• Experience working directly with digital media or marketing via phone and email
• Experience working directly with consumers (sales environment preferable)
• Ability to identify opportunities and offer solutions that fit client needs
• Ability to engage with customers in a human, personalized manner
• Ability to prioritize client interactions based on opportunity
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a team
• Must be able to multi-task and keep on track in a fast-paced environment
