Manage full life cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing the candidate for senior roles regionally (Wacam & Venezuela). Demonstrated candidate management, relationship building, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in working in a centralized, high volume, on-line recruiting function preferred. Demonstrated passion for providing amazing customer service and a high quality candidate experience. Strong process management skills, detail oriented and time/task management skills. Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including, direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and internet job boards.
Accountable for creating and maintaining diversity recruitment strategies to generate a diverse slate of talent for each role.
Implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to create company awareness to target passive and active candidates.
Manage full life cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing the candidate for senior roles.
Build and maintain internal partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.
Support internal staffing process for all levels up to senior manager´s levels.
Minimum of 5 years of corporate work experience. Ideally regional experience roles.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Recruiting function required.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required, TALEO experience preferred.
Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals
Ability to source passive candidates to include cold calling and building relationships by phone
Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint or similar office software is required.
Ability to collaborate, influence, and engage others
Language: Advanced Spanish & English. Portuguese preferred.
