Descripción general

In this position you will work at the Staffing Shared Service Center, sourcing for the top talent required to fill our hiring needs. In this role you will perform various administrative and/or project-related duties in support of an individual or group.
Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Database mining in internal / external database for potential candidate contacting candidates
- Data entry
- Contacting Candidates and interacting with the Recruiters

Requisitos para aplicar

Will need to have a technical degree and have a intermediate proficiency in English.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Conduct applicant searches to find the best qualified applicants in the Applicant Tracking system (Taleo) that match the specifications on the requisition and established search criteria
- Conduct prescreen and evaluation steps on applicants
