In this position, you will be working in the Human Resources Global Shared Service Center providing operational support to hiring managers during the requisition and job offer phase of hiring employees. You will be the liaison between hiring managers and applicants for open positions, requisition support, searching for candidates and offer development and delivery; factoring in compensation, benefit, immigration, and relocation processes. This position will report to the GAM SSC Staffing manager.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Understanding the business direction and acumen of assigned business groups
- Partner with Staffing on proactive engagement with hiring managers on consultation for requisition requirements and hiring talent needs
- Conduct applicant searches to find the best qualified applicants in the Applicant Tracking system (Taleo) that match the specifications on the requisition and established search criteria
- Conduct prescreen and evaluation steps on applicants and present to the hiring manager
- Champion diversity candidate placement
- Responsible for control and compliance requirements based on local laws and company policies
- Develop and deliver job offers to candidates using approved Intel guidelines
- Sell qualified candidates on the job and Intel
- Provide ongoing consulting and assistance of hiring tools and processes with hiring managers
- Ensure accurate data entry as measured by tool audits
- Ensure flawless execution of point of service indicators and SLA adherence

Key skills & abilities required for the role include strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong customer service skills, the ability to work through ambiguity, ability to work independently, exhibit good judgment, prioritize multiple functions and tasks, manage work time efficiently, demonstrating flexibility, and good working knowledge of HR policies & procedures.

Additional qualifications include:
- The candidate should have at least a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or a related area, plus 1-3 years of experience in related works or positions
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (advance English level)
- Recruiting/sourcing background is preferred for this role
- Proficiency with sourcing techniques, creating and building search strings
- Demonstrated ability in screening for administrative and technical positions and identifying skills/strengths
- Strong research skills and ability to research technical terms to understand business needs and build acumen
- Strong negotiating and follow-through skills
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at any management level with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work independently in a global and virtual environment
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
- Ability to quickly comprehend processes variances and ambiguity in the working environment
- Demonstrate strong discipline, attention to details, and quality executing daily work
- Properly planning tasks to meet time commitments
- Ability to analyze problems to identify root causes and resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, candidate tracking, database applications and HR systems
