The Support Specialist II will be a Salesforce Administrator who will work as part of the global BAS team dedicated to support users and stakeholders, maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of SFDC and CPQ based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs to administer and enhance SFDC and CPQ accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to" for users and stakeholders, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and CPQ solutions, provide consultancy, and more. Additionally, the Support Specialist II will perform full SFDC and CPQ administrator functions.

Requisitos para aplicar

• Desired 2+ year experience in SFDC applications support and set up.
• Configure, Price and Quote (Salesforce CPQ) full system set up experience
• Administrator proven experience ** **********.*** (data loader/workbench upload and export, SOQL queries, role hierarchies, reports and dashboards, user setups, object and field customization, record types, page layouts, validation and workflow rules). No coding experience required (No APEX nor HTML are required)
• Experienced in a support environment: support process, escalation protocol, and adherence to SLA
• Experience working in support projects and collaboration with vendors.

Technical Skills

• Ability to ******* **********.*** as a CPQ tool desired
• Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications PPT, Excel and Outlook
• Other CPQs experience desired (ModelN, Oracle CPQ, Apttus, CloudSense)
Technical Certifications
• SFDC Administrator with Salesforce CPQ knowledge required
• Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is desired
• SFDC Advanced Admin, Cloud Consultant or Developer is a plus
• Other frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, PMP are a plus
