Descripción general

Works with supervisors, engineers, manufacturing personnel and management to write, edit and update ECO’s, MCO’s and Deviations as necessary. Completes related Agile Change Control Board workflows and notifies all appropriate departments of changes made.
Prepares and maintains controlled document requests in PLM/ERP or hard copy per current procedures, including item numbers, device master records, device history records, design history files and lot history records. Updates documentation for company procedures as part of the Company’s Quality Management System. Responds to requests for documentation and supplies individuals with appropriate information.

Requisitos para aplicar

• Requires a high school education + Technical Education is a value added + document control/change management experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any administrative career or scientific career, English career or similar is preferred
• Requires to be 90% to 100% Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Knowledge of computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Project, Windows, Visio, etc.) required
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word: Forms, Mail Merge, Index and Tables and Excel: Forms, Formulas, & Graphs is preferred
