Descripción general

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for purchasing and supply chain activities as well as vendor management including negotiation and maintaining relationships associated with outsourced services. This role is primarily focused on the day-to-day operational execution (100% Transactional). This role involves working with external stakeholders.

Facilities Coordinators manage building and equipment maintenance schedules, test building security systems and prepare for emergencies by creating action plans. Facilities Coordinators also are responsible for the maintenance and assisting with security. Facilities coordinators may be involved in planning for the future building space and supply needs of an organization. Facilities Coordinators communicate daily with supply vendors and update individuals as needed.

Requisitos para aplicar

3-5 years’ experience in facilities coordination required.
Member of the International Facilities Management Association is a plus.
High school diploma required. University Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Detail Oriented, organized and proactive.
