As part of our growth the Creganna Medical Continuous Improvement Team is seeking for an Industrial Engineer.

This position focuses on three major areas:
1) route & track the information needed to establish the bill of materials and process routings, quality & packaging requirements, and the costing for production part numbers within the Operations manufacturing information systems,
2) maintaining & improving the current tooling data base, and
3) provide support for data integrity within Sustaining Manufacturing. The individual will be working close with Manufacturing Engineering Production Control / Materials Planning, Accounting / Finance, Packaging, and Quality. This position reports to the Sustaining Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and function as the key point of contact to route information required to establish an accurate bill of materials, process routings, costs, quality and packaging requirements to manufacture product.
• Track to completion the bill of materials, costing, packaging, and quality requirements needed to manufacture product.
• Maintain and update the current tooling data base to include all global tooling.
• Interface and communicate globally with plants operations and ME teams. Appliances plant and supplier manufacturing base cover NA / EMEA / Asia regions.
• Review and maintain consistency in global packaging materials, drawings, and information within the TE Connectivity manufacturing information systems.
• Support data integrity within Operations manufacturing information systems.
• Effectively communicate with the various disciplines in Operations as an entry level Industrial Engineer

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering
• 4 to 7 years of experience in continuous improvement projects
• English level 85% Oral and Written
• Proficient in MS Office / Excel (Pivot Tables, Calculations, etc)
• Experience with Six Sigma
• Experience with Lean manufacturing
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance TPM
• Willingness to work effectively in a team environment
