Key Responsibilities:
The role's function is to promote a culture of risk and compliance awareness within the regional EITS organisations through the establishment of a virtual team.
• Performs periodic evaluation of EITS key risks;
• Maintains, populates and reviews risk and issue management tools;
• Engages with management to ensure risks and issues are dealt with appropriately
• Monitors risk treatment plans to ensure delivery within agreed deadlines and to required quality;
• Performs policy compliance reviews;
• Raises and manages all regional policy deviations and exceptions;
• Provides security risk and compliance MI to management;
• Hosts regional management risk reviews and workshops;
• Maintains process management and documentation management standards;
• Supports internal, external and certification audits;
• Identifies compliance learning and training needs for EITS;
• Supports the maintenance of external certifications e.g. ISO27001 in region;
• Promotes a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business.

Requisitos para aplicar

The ideal candidate will be educated to university bachelor degree standard, will possess relevant technical professional qualifications (e.g. CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP) and will have at least 3 years’ experience of working in an IT governance role.
Experience of cross-regional work for a regulated multinational company, practical understanding of how IT underpins business activities and strong understanding of risk and control principles are also desirable.
The candidate will need to be a problem solver who has strong influencing skills and can gain buy-in from staff and management alike. Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills are vital, as are the abilities to work independently, proactively and collaboratively.
