The main responsibility for this role is to source and identify top talent, fill all job openings, assure fair compensation practices and perform general HR duties for the department and employees as duties are assigned. The recruiter position is responsible for interviewing, testing for technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company.

• Search and match qualified candidates, through company database, social media channels, job boards and other resources.
• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and improvement of the recruitment procedure.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Negotiate salary and employment offers.
• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and improvement of the recruitment procedure
• Coordinates appropriate employment testing
• Conducts employment verifications
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
• Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records.
