Main Responsibilities
•Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience through all Talent Acquisition touch points to enhance company's Employer Brand
•Manage a team of qualified TA Associate professionals, including coaching, defining and monitoring of performance goals, creating development plans and providing regular feedback on career development
•Monitor and analyze the TA Associates workload allocation, distribute requisitions within the team while ensuring effective service delivery and balanced workloads between TA Associates in the team.
•Serve as an escalation point and coordinate, balance and resolve operational challenges
•Align with other TA Operations Managers as well as the Local / Regional / Global TA Operations Head to ensure a smooth interaction within TA Operations as well as with the other TA Functions on the local level.
•Ensure proper training of staff, clarity on roles, responsibilities and processes.
•Engage and manage contractors as needed to complement staffing in periods of high demand
•Ensure the execution of TA Recruitment strategy, processes and application of policies within the team in alignment with TA Expert and global Talent Acquisition framework
•Contribute to recruiting budget definition.
•Share feedback from team and customers on TA tools and processes with TA Expert to support continuous improvement
•Work with TA Associates to adjudicate pre-employment checks.
•Collaborate with the HR Operations Front Office to create and update materials to assist with the first point of contact resolution and recognize ticket trends.
•Manage employee referral escalations and complete monthly audits to confirm timely payouts in compliance with the Talent Finder guidelines
•Partner with legal and EEO to provide data needed for audits and lawsuits.
•Monitor operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
•BA/BS degree
•Equivalent working experience in HR with 7 or more years with advanced degree; experience in Talent Acquisition from concept or execution side and / or experience in HR Operations.
•90% English proficiency level
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
•Knowledge in Success Factors preferred
