Descripción general

• Respond to user requests by telephone/email/Service Management tool (e.g. Global Service Now) in a professional manner, to ensure users receive a timely service and Service Levels are met.
• To ensure that requests for assistance are accurately logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner, according to agreed standards and procedures ensuring that the services offered are carried out within the agreed Service Levels
• Carrying out “Quick Fixes” on several applications
Ensures adherence to escalation procedures. Responds to escalated, complex and high impact user calls in a timely fashion as per agreed Service Levels.
Monitor progress of incidents and service requests and ensures users and other interested parties are kept informed in a timely fashion.
• Record incident / service requests mandatory information and ensure that they are properly logged into the ticketing tool, assigned and responded to in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures.
Pro-actively resolve customers' /users' complaints and enquiries.

Schedule 5am-2pm or 6am-3pm
Days off: Wed & Thru
Contract for 6 months
Salary: 550,000CRC

Highschool Diploma Completed
Currently studying within the field
Advanced English (90%)
1-3 Years in tech support or Customer Service
