graduate studies, non-formal education and languages nationally and abroad.
For teachers of the Language Center and Sislenguas:
1. Resume short listing
2. Interviews in the required language, made by academic coordinators
of the Language Center and Sislenguas
3. Interview and psychometric valuation in the Human Talent Department
4. Labor referencing
5. Recruitment
6. Monitoring the link: Induction Program and training, accompaniment
For administrative personnel:
1. Interview in the area of the applicant
2. Interview and psychometric valuation in Human Talent Department

4. Home visit
5. Medical examinations

7. Monitoring the link: Induction Program, training, accompaniment,
delivery of the findings of the valuation, conversation about probation
period, conversation about performance.
