Descripción
Create claims accurately in the company travel claims system. Validate cover is in place manually when systems like, sise, ebao, and aegis, once the adjuster provides approval. Management and uploading of documents into systems, management of email boxes and systems like sales force, web tracking and FTP to allocate adequately claims and requirements to the adjuster. Search and provide proof of payments to customer providers and/or to our offices. Upload make follow up and download the bills for re pricing process with Hygeia. Perform the FNOL process.
Requisitos:
Handling of excel. Self- motivated and able to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility. Strong customer support skills. Effective time management with the ability to multi - task and prioritize to meet varying tasks and deadlines. Strong verbal and written skills, work with integrity, able to work independently or as a team to archive personal and business objectives. Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail. Able to self - reflect/analyses, actively seek feedback to identify strengths and personal development areas. Experience in CALL CENTER preferred.
