Descripción The purpose of this position is to provide Customer Care experiences that Customers love via inbound phone, email, or chat queue-based channels for a Global Software Company. The customer interactions range from billing, describe the product, how to questions, customer care to a more technical support where the agent needs to guide and assist the customer in the troubleshooting steps to solve issues such as: connectivity, audio/video configuration, etc.
Requisitos: ?? English proficiency 85% ? Basic troubleshooting ? Communication skills ? Good customer service skills
