Descripción Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following: • Vendor assessment, performance standards, and implementation based on needs determined as part of benefit plan design and program objectives. This includes ongoing vendor management to ensure effective administration and performance guarantees and deliverables are being met. • Day-to-day trouble-shooting and issue resolution for escalations. • Support HR and Managers on Total Rewards policies and practices, as well as deliver TR education trainings • Support Wellbeing activities, including events coordination, communication design and monitoring budget execution. • Support in operative labors, filling out reports, tracking of pending tasks and monitoring special cases
Requisitos: Education and Experience Required • First-level university degree or equivalent experience. • Not mandatory but best if 1 to 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits program. • Knowledge and Skills Required • Strong English and Spanish communication skills. • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with employees and internal and external partners • Expert knowledge of Excel and Power Poin
