About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bilingual International Business Administrator to oversee client operations, support team management, and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day logistics activities. This role combines customer service, operational coordination, team support, and process management to deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Monitor daily operations to guarantee efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage client requests, inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate administrative matters for the team, including schedules, PTO requests, attendance, and operational coverage.
Train and onboard new employees while supporting ongoing process updates and operational improvements.
Develop container loading plans based on customer volume and operational requirements.
Organize coverage plans to ensure continuity of service and workload distribution across the team.
Coordinate and support special projects and operational initiatives.
Assign and prioritize tasks among team members to maintain productivity and balanced workloads.
Provide operational support during periods of high volume, staff absences, or resource constraints.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational information within company systems.
Monitor service performance and collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
Technical, Technologist, or Professional degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Advanced English communication skills.
Experience in customer service, operations coordination, logistics, or account management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with operational systems, CRMs, or logistics platforms is a plus.
