IT company located in Medellín, requires for its work team a systems engineer with at least 2 years of experience in the position, to resolve escalated incidents and provide constant updates to the customer. In addition, to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.

Required level of studies: Professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and systems management tools.
- Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Liaise with vendors, customers, or other internal employees for problem resolution.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Windows and Linux patching for all AMCS servers
- Manage and maintain VMware environment in production and disaster recovery data centers.

Specific knowledge or requirements:
B2 level of English
Certification in Azure, ITIL, SCRUM.
With knowledge in DNS, DHCP, DFS, AD, Group Policy, Windows Server, VMware and Hyper-V, Veeam, Domain Controller, Exchange Server and O365, VMware, DUO MFA and Acronis Backup (Preferred).

Salary: Between $1,500 and $2,000 USD.
Modality: Remote.
Type of contract: Indefinite term.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Place of work: Medellin.
