Open Position for CARTAGENA

The Client Relations and Concierge Assistant is the person in charge of providing support to the Client Relations and Concierge Specialists in a variety of tasks oriented to successfully accommodate LSG’s clients during their visits to LSG’s headquarters. Their tasks go from booking flights and making hotel and restaurant reservations to renting cars or whatever it is the clients might need while maintaining constant communication with other internal departments and complying with the company’s policies.

Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to:

Booking:
-To seek and compare among different lodging options and locate the best option to accommodate clients on their stays in the countries where LSG has headquarters while respecting internal policies such as deadlines and budgets.

-To cancel or modify reservations.

-To report any upcoming modification or over cost to the Client Relations and Concierge Specialists and Coordinators



Flights:
-To seek and compare among different airlines options and locate the best option to accommodate clients on their travels to and from the countries where LSG has headquarters while respecting internal policies such as deadlines and budgets.

-To cancel or modify reservations.

-To report any upcoming modification or over cost to the Client Relations and Concierge Specialists and Coordinators.

Transport
-To seek and compare among different companies ground transportation options (such as cars and vans) and locate the best option to accommodate clients on their short distance travels in the countries where LSG has headquarters while respecting internal policies such as deadlines and budgets.

-To cancel or modify reservations.

-To report any upcoming modification or over cost to the Client Relations and Concierge Specialists and Coordinators.

Skills and Knowledge:

Have clear and effective communication skills via phone and email
Have excellent time management skills and the ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
Be able to maintain confidential information and privacy considerations
Be detail-oriented
Polished telephone demeanor; professionalism and courtesy
Good judgment, strong people skills and patience
Can-Do attitude to problem-solving
Creativity
Proficient in Microsoft suite of services: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
Able to work in the team
Proven ability to think strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution
