Requirements
SAP SD.
Basic knowledge of SAP DSD (Direct Store Delivery).
1–2 years of experience in SAP SD.
Experience or exposure within beverage, food, or consumer goods industries (preferred).
SAP ECC proficiency (S/4HANA knowledge is desirable).
Basic understanding of sales, delivery, and billing processes.
Support for standard pricing processes.
Foundational understanding of SD integration with MM, WM, FI, and LE.
Basic knowledge of DSD processes such as route management, presales, and van sales.
Support in returns and returnable packaging management.
Assistance in sales settlement processes.
Understanding of SD/DSD integration with MM, WM, FI, and LE.
Experience providing L1/L2 support for low-complexity incidents.
Ability to assist with configuration tasks under supervision.
Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to AMS processes under ITIL practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to document solutions and operational processes clearly.
Good communication skills to interact with team members and end users.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Handle low-complexity tickets related to SAP SD and DSD modules.
Provide basic functional support in sales, delivery, and billing processes.
Support minor configurations under supervision.
Assist in testing activities, including unit and integration testing.
Provide support for returns, route processes, and sales settlement activities.
Document solutions, fixes, and operational procedures.
Escalate medium and high-complexity incidents to Proficient or Senior team members.
Collaborate in end-user support and training sessions.
Ensure proper execution of assigned tasks following AMS and ITIL practices.
Support integration points between SD/DSD and MM, WM, FI, and LE.
Assist in maintaining system stability and data accuracy.
Follow defined support processes, standards, and best practices.
