General objectives:
- Design and manage frameworks to recognize employee performance through consistent and equitable compensation and benefit structures; as well as the development of a competitive salary structure that contributes to the employer brand.
- Oversee the payroll and hiring process ensuring correct and timely payment and compliance with Colombian labor laws.
- Responsible for implementing, advising and maintaining the labor standards established by law within the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish the salary structure of the organization ensuring internal equity and competitive salaries within the infrastructure sector.
- Define and disseminate the hiring and compensation policies of the organization, in accordance with labor legislation and internal provisions.
- Direct and Supervise the management of payroll and hiring of employees, as well as social security, accounting interface and in general all aspects derived from the labor relationship with employees.
Essential Requirements:
Professional in the area of economic sciences such as business administration, economics, accounting; law; or industrial engineering, with general experience of more than 8 years of which five must be in the construction infrastructure sector.
English required: Advanced
Work modality: Face-to-face
Metro Line 1 S.A.S. does not require payments or the completion of specific exams or training with any company or business training center.
