1. Pest Control Corporate Program:
1.1 Evaluate the Pest Control reports shared by third-party contractors
in all 55 Clubs and 9 operating units. Monitor all vendors’ delivery
of their reports on time and according to corporate guidelines.
1.2 Create monthly reports and final scores along with trend analysis
on the results presented by the contractors.
1.3 Share reports with all Clubs and follow up on the corrective actions
that need to be presented by the Club. Keep track of the
completion percentage of corrective actions and report advance
per region.
2. Support the creation of the Food Safety Manual version 2.
2.1 Collects information to be updated in the new version of the
manual
2.2 Includes all information in the new manual following up on every
written Food Safety program already implemented.
2.3 Manages the relationship with the vendor in charge of creating the
new manual edition.
3. Food Safety Certification Programs
3.1 Perform monthly cut-off of pending NEHA certifications.
3.2 Update monthly information for the operations meeting.
