Sr Project Engineer

Lead Engineering Projects associated with technology transfer and improvement of production processes, in order to obtain better production conditions applying the FPX (Flawless Project Execution) methodology.





You will be responsible for:

Development of the commissioning and validation process.

Collect the user requirements that serve for the preparation and justification of a CAR (Capital Appropriation Request).
Prepare the conceptual design of the project and present the CAR.
Prepare the specifications of the system, impact evaluation and present Change Control.
Prepare and execute the commissioning and support the validation process.
FPX methodology

Prepare and present the Kickoff meeting, Set FPO’s (Final Project Objectives)
Prepare and update schedules, Prepare and update cash flows
Update Dashboard indicators.
Varify FPO’s, Evaluate Contractors and project, lessons learned• Guarantee that the execution of the qualifications and / or re-qualifications

Budget Preparation

• Work with the Technical Purchasing area to collect quotations for works that serve as budget and execution of the Projects in the budget and execution phase.

Coordination and Execution of Works with Contractors or Technicians

Lead the execution of work related to each of the projects
Coordinate EHS training for contractors
Guarantee the permits required by SOPs, availability of areas, provision of required critical support services, Compliance with GMP standards in the plant area.
Receive works executed with verification of contracted specifications, liquidation of works, collection of technical information required for qualification and validation and correction of deviations generated in the process.
Coordinate the training for users during the delivery of projects and commissioning executed by foreign or local technicians, generating the supporting documentation of results and functional tests of the project.

Plant Support

Actively participate in the different plant teams: TPM, OEE, Change Control, WoC Projects and quality assurance.
Generate viable solutions for specific operational problems, which can be eliminated through a project.
Maintain a constant technological update in order to lead the technology transfer and improvement process, in accordance with regional guidelines and viable solutions in the market. Plant Support
Actively participate in the different plant teams: TPM, OEE, Change Control, WoC Projects and quality assurance.
Generate viable solutions for specific operational problems, which can be eliminated through a project.






Qualifications - External
equirements and Education:

Bachelor Degree in MECHANICAL / ELECTRONIC / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER OR SIMILARS

3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN TEAMWORK SKILL, PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION, DECISION MAKING, SERVICE APTITUDE, CREATIVITY, INNOVATION, LEADERSHIP, ORAL PRESENTATION, WRITTEN COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCE.
